Frank Fillmore, IBM Gold Consultant
Frank Fillmore is the founder and president of The Fillmore Group, Inc., a Premier IBM Business Partner specializing in IBM Analytics. Prior to founding the company in 1987, he worked as a database administrator and part-time professor, teaching technical courses including relational database fundamentals.
Since 1987, The Fillmore Group has delivered technical services to clients worldwide. In addition to database consulting, TFG is an IBM Authorized Training Partner delivering Db2 training, and an IBM software reseller specializing in the solutions in the IBM Analytics portfolio.
A knowledgeable and engaging speaker, Frank has presented at regional and national events including The International Db 2 Users Group (IDUG) conferences in North America and Europe and IBM’s annual Data Management Conferences. In 1998 he became a Db2 Gold Consultant, and in 2009 was named an inaugural InfoSphere Information Champion. Frank’s areas of expertise include replication and data interoperability, Db2 for z/OS, Db2 for LUW, Db2 Connect and the IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA). Frank oversees a staff of seasoned Db2 consultants and contributes his technical expertise to The Fillmore Group’s growing software sales business.
Frank is certified to teach over 15 Db2 Information Management courses including the entire Db2 Server for VSE&VM curriculum. He holds a Master of Science in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English, from the University of Baltimore, located in Baltimore, Maryland.
