Hi Frank, are there any plans to offer any DB2 Connect training this year ? Here at Starbucks (we are an Iseries shop) we are planning to start rolling out a distributed PHP app running on Linux servers to do high volume sproc calls back to the i using DB2 Connect..

Sorry to respond so slowly – I saw your post and wanted to get back to you. We have had a terribly frustrating time with a website “refresh” that I was hoping to have completed in the first quarter of this year. I think we are back on track and look forward to having it completed in June. The purpose of the refresh was to extend the DB2 Connect Virtual User Group – and actually add 3 more “VUGs”. So – coming soon – along with more DB2 Connect hour-long webinar sessions.

On the IBM front, we are scheduled to deliver one of the new DB2 Connect classes, CL600, starting on June 11th. The full course outline and registration information are on the IBM site below. And best of all, there are five people registered so it’s a GO!
